Payment Terms

4.1 General: Payments for services are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.

4.2 How we accept payments: We issue secure payment links (e.g., Stripe-hosted links) or accept bank transfer and cheque. We do not accept card payments directly on the Website.

4.3 Processors: Payments may be processed by third‑party payment processors. Additional processor terms may apply. You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method.

4.4 Taxes: Any applicable taxes will be shown on quotations/invoices.

Service Delivery & Client Responsibilities

DanZay AI will use reasonable efforts to deliver services on agreed timelines, but delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by unforeseen events or force majeure.

Clients must provide accurate and lawful information, and ensure that materials or data shared do not infringe third-party rights or laws.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information secure and use it only for fulfilling obligations under this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

DanZay AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice if the other breaches a material term and fails to cure within 30 days. Upon termination, clients must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

DanZay FZE is incorporated and domiciled in the United Arab Emirates (Sharjah). Our legal domicile (place of incorporation and principal place of business) is the United Arab Emirates (Sharjah).

International clients (e.g. USA, UK, EU) are also subject to applicable jurisdictional laws as per their agreements. Disputes will first be resolved by negotiation, failing which they may be referred to arbitration.

International Business Considerations

Clients from international jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with their local laws, including import/export regulations.

Payment Confirmation, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment Confirmation: Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours.

Refund Policy: Refunds may be requested for non-delivery of service, unsatisfactory service (with valid justification), or accidental order placement (with timely cancellation). Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10–45 days depending on the issuing bank.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel orders/services within 24 hours by contacting support. Refunds for cancellations will be made to the original payment method.

Prohibited Use & User Responsibilities

We will not trade with or provide services to individuals or entities on UAE, UN, EU, UK, or US sanctions lists, or in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions. Minors under 18 may not register or transact on the Website; parent/guardian consent is required for inquiries by minors.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and retaining copies of transaction records.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Clients are encouraged to check regularly.
